新鮮雞肉:雞肉被配送到零售店期間應保持冷藏,以防止細菌滋生並延長其儲存期限。
當購買時,雞肉溫度應為微冷。
建議在結帳前才選擇欲購買的生鮮雞肉。
將雞肉包裝在一次性塑膠袋,以防止滲漏,進而避免與熟食或其他農產品交叉汙染的機率。 

How to Handle Chicken Safely

Fresh Chicken: Chicken is kept cold during distribution to retail stores to prevent the growth of bacteria and to increase its shelf life.

Chicken should feel cold to the touch when purchased.

Select fresh chicken just before checking out at the register.

Put packages of chicken in disposable plastic bags (if available) to contain any leakage which could cross-contaminate cooked foods or produce.

Make the grocery store your last stop before going home.
